MISSION OF AGRICULTURAL RENEWABLE ENERGY BOARD - TAYEK

It carries out research, training, consultancy, audit, monitoring and evaluation activities for the development, dissemination and support of renewable energy resources for the agriculture and food sector. Within the scope of these activities, it offers financial support programs, training activities, technical consultancy services and R&D projects to encourage the use of agricultural renewable energy resources.

AGRICULTURAL RENEWABLE ENERGY BOARD - TAYEK'S VISION

To increase the sustainability, competitiveness and added value of the agriculture and food sector through the use of renewable energy resources, to turn agricultural waste into a valuable resource, to ensure the integration of agriculture and food sectors and to be a leading institution in the field of agricultural renewable energy at national and international level. In line with this vision, it believes that the agriculture and food sectors should be considered together and strives to improve cooperation between these sectors. It also demonstrates that by utilizing renewable energy sources, the agriculture and food sectors can create a combination that is both economically and environmentally beneficial.

In line with this purpose, mission and vision, the International Confederation of Agriculture and Food has established the AGRICULTURAL RENEWABLE ENERGY BOARD - TAYEK.

The Board provides its members with a range of services to facilitate, encourage and support their participation in the renewable energy market. These services include the following:

Consultancy Services: The Board provides consultancy services to its members for the establishment of generation facilities based on renewable energy resources. Within the scope of this service, the Board provides information and guidance to its members on issues such as appropriate site selection, technical and economic feasibility, project promotion, investment cost, payback period, legal permits, taxes and incentives.
Financing Service: The Board offers its members different financing options for the establishment of generation facilities based on renewable energy sources. These options include national and international loans, leasing, grants, funds and partnerships. The Board evaluates the advantages and disadvantages of these options and helps them choose the most appropriate one.

- Project Management Service: The Board provides project management services to its members for the establishment of generation facilities based on renewable energy resources. Within the scope of this service, the Board supports its members in project planning, budgeting, scheduling, tender management, contract management, quality management, risk management, change management and ensures the successful completion of the project process.
- Equipment Supply Service: The Board provides its members with equipment supply services for the establishment of generation facilities based on renewable energy resources. Within the scope of this service, the Board provides its members with various renewable energy equipment such as solar panels, wind turbines, hydroelectric generators, biomass boilers, etc. at affordable prices and quality guarantees, and also provides installation and maintenance services.
- Charging Station Installation and Operation Services: The Board provides charging station installation and operation services to its members to provide charging services for electric vehicles. Within the scope of this service, the Board provides consultancy to its members on issues such as charging station site selection, technical and economic feasibility, project design, investment cost, payback period, legal permits, taxes and incentives; provides charging station equipment, operates the charging station, and shares the income generated from the charging station.

- Renewable Energy Certificate Service: The Board provides renewable energy certificate (RPS) services to its members for facilities that generate electricity from renewable energy sources. Within the scope of this service, the Board supports its members in preparing the necessary applications and documents to obtain a RPS, monitoring the RPS market, conducting RPS purchase and sale transactions, and sharing RPS revenues.
- Carbon Credit Service: The Board offers its members carbon credits for facilities that generate electricity from renewable energy sources. Within the scope of this service, the Board supports its members in preparing the necessary applications and documents to obtain carbon credits, monitoring the carbon credit market, conducting carbon credit trading transactions, and sharing carbon credit revenues.

- Green Tariff Service: The Board offers green tariff services to its members for consumers who wish to purchase electricity from renewable energy sources. Within the scope of this service, the Board provides support to its members on issues such as offering green tariff options, concluding green tariff contracts, issuing green tariff invoices, and providing green tariff discounts.
- Relations with Public Institutions and Organizations: The Board also provides relationship management services with public institutions and organizations that its members need. Within the scope of this service, the Board assists its members in communicating with public institutions and organizations, cooperating with them, developing joint projects, and benefiting from support and incentives.

Project and Business Development Service: Within the scope of this service, the Board supports its members in finding new opportunities, markets, customers, partners and suppliers in the renewable energy sector; developing renewable energy technologies, products and services; designing, implementing and evaluating renewable energy projects.

Innovation: The Board encourages its members to be innovative and creative in the renewable energy sector and provides various services such as training, consultancy, mentoring, competitions and awards for this purpose. The Board helps its members develop renewable energy technologies, products and services and enables them to offer them to the market.

Participation The Board encourages its members to be participants and collaborators in the renewable energy sector and provides services such as various events, meetings, seminars, conferences, fairs and forums for this purpose. The Board creates opportunities for its members to communicate, cooperate and develop joint projects with other stakeholders in the renewable energy sector.

Sustainability: The Board encourages its members to be sustainable and responsible in the renewable energy sector and provides services such as reporting, auditing, certification and accreditation. The Board assesses and improves the economic, social and environmental impacts of its members' renewable energy projects and ensures their compliance with national and international standards.
